The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the GREAT employee that you have in Henry Figueroa.
I had the pleasure of meeting Henry in my place of employment, Sprint, several weeks ago, whin I learned that he works in
your establishment. Henry stopped in to purchase a phone and serive, we were introduced by his roommate, Bruce Allen.
He let me know that if I am in the market for jewelry, I should let him know and he would be happy to assist me.
I have been shopping for an engagement ring for several...well...years...I met my Fiancee my
freshman year of college. The first time that I sat down to introduce myself to her, I knew that she was the one.
Since the time we met, I have ahad lots of time to do research on the "perfect" engagement ring. What I found in my
quest is a HIGH pressure sales environment where the customer has no say and is at the mercy of the consultant that they are

Like I mentioned, I have done my homework. When I decided to see Henry about my purchase,
I have him the specs that I was looking for ini a diamond. I asked him to "see what he could come up with". Over
